Please note: If our technician comes to you and finds the problem is not battery-related, an onsite service fee of $50 to $80 applies. Final charges depend on location and service requirements.
Signs it is the battery
- Clicking or a slow crank when you turn the key or press start.
- Dashboard lights dim or flicker.
- The car was parked for many days, or lights were left on.
If the engine cranks normally but won't start, it may not be the battery. Tell us what you hear and we will advise before coming down.
